Priyanka Chopra father died

Actress Priyanka Chopra's father Dr Ashok Chopra has died. He was suffering from cancer.

At 12.30 pm Monday, he passed away in Mumbai's Kokilaben Hospital. Hospital sources tells he was hospitalized the past 17 days.A few years ago he was diagnosed with cancer.

Dr Ashok Chopra was a doctor in the Indian Army.

Close to father

Priyanka was very close to his father. In his introduction toTwitter account, she has writeen 'Daddy's Girl' .A few days ago in hospital Priyanka share a picture on twitter with her father .Priyanka  was also held a prayer last days for the better health.
